reaffirming the commitment to ensuring inclusive and constituency-wide healthcare access.

The grand finale of Phase One in Afon Ward witnessed a well-coordinated and impactful close, highlighted by the presentation of Letters of Appreciation by the Honourable Member representing Afòn Constituency in the Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Yunus Bello Oniboki, to members of the medical team and massage therapists in recognition of their dedication, professionalism, and selfless service throughout the outreach.

The Honourable Member also extended his deep appreciation to stakeholders, community leaders, political leaders, and religious leaders for their cooperation, support, and active participation, which greatly contributed to the success of the programme across the wards visited.

Special recognition was accorded to the media team, led by the Managing Director of Clean and Klear Media Affairs, who also serves as the Head of Oniboki Media Crew, for ensuring transparent documentation, effective public engagement, and accurate dissemination of information throughout the outreach.

The Honourable Member further appreciated the efforts of the Free Medical Outreach Planning Committee, ably led by Dr. Saad AbdulRazaq Abiodun, whose coordination and technical oversight ensured smooth execution, efficiency, and high service standards.

As we close Phase One, preparations continue toward extending this life-impacting initiative to the remaining wards, reinforcing a shared commitment to accessible healthcare, community wellbeing, and sustainable development across Afòn Constituency.
