FRSC Opens 2026 Recruitment Portal, Invites Qualified Nigerians to Apply:

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has officially commenced its 2026 nationwide recruitment exercise, inviting suitably qualified Nigerians to apply for various positions across its Officer, Marshal Inspector, and Road Marshal Assistant cadres. The online application portal became active on Friday, July 3, 2026, and applications are expected to remain open for four weeks.

The Corps has emphasized that the recruitment exercise is completely free, warning members of the public against paying money to individuals or groups claiming to offer recruitment assistance.

Available Recruitment Categories

The 2026 exercise covers the following cadres:

• Officer Cadre – For holders of Bachelor’s Degrees or Higher National Diplomas (HND) with NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificates.
• Officer (MBBS) Cadre – For qualified medical doctors.
• Marshal Inspector (MI) Cadre – For candidates with ND, NCE, CHEW, RN/RM, Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician and other relevant qualifications.
• Road Marshal Assistant (RMA) Cadre – For SSCE holders, artisans, tradesmen, drivers, mechanics, electricians, tailors, plumbers, computer operators and related categories.

Basic Requirements

Applicants are expected to meet the qualification requirements applicable to their preferred cadre, including relevant educational certificates, professional qualifications where necessary, and a valid National Driver’s Licence for driver-related positions. During the application process, candidates will also be required to provide personal information, their National Identification Number (NIN), academic records, referees, next-of-kin details, and upload supporting documents, including a passport photograph.
